ITs Now time to get your bear legally with out hunting in the State of Alaska. These are Bears that have been turned over to the State of Alaska due to Violations, Defense of Life and Property, and animals that were run over on the highways . These Bear hides have been handled by a professional taxidermist and they are in various states of quality and size.
Knight's Taxidermy can be engaged in picking out a bear skin for you under contract. Bears cannot be resold , and we at Knight's can pick up a bear at the auction for you with the proper paperwork ahead of time. Knights will charge a 20% fee for consultation and picking out and bidding for your bear and delivering it back to our shop. It is very important to talk with each person to get a full understanding of what your looking for in a bear hide as well as getting the hide with in your budget. How much a bear cost depends on many factors, size , quality, hair condition, skin condition, how its handled in the field. Knight's Offers Bears rugs , life size mounts, tanning, of your purchase and we are willing to ship the raw dried skin to you or your taxidermist any where in the world.
