Record Book Scorers
The following is a list of scorers located in the greater
Anchorage, Alaska area. These are people who will dedicate their personal time
to score your horns or skull for Safari Club International, or
for Boone and Crockett Club or the Bow hunters
club, Pope and Young . Please be fairly confident your
animal needs scoring as it takes time for the arrangements to be made, as you
must make these arrangements yourself. Knight's Taxidermy will make our shop
available to any scorer that can come over to pick up or score right here in our
shop. We know all these scorers personally and they are Great. Please be patient
as it takes time out of their lives for no fee to measure your animal.
All these scorers are accomplished hunters as well as
business people. and they understand how important it is to you to have this
done. When calling them please allow for their schedules and know that they will
do the job as soon as they can get to you. If your trophy does qualify for an
award. the scorer will provide all needed paperwork and instructions for
registering your animal with the appropr. iate club for you . All scoring
questions should be directed to one of these scorers. Good Luck !

Please note that some clubs have drying requirements of 60 days from date of
kill until the horns or skull can be scored. But SCI allows the scorer to score
as soon as possible, there is no drying period.
